from 1997 to 2001 main specialist of the URSP of the Department of Material and Technical and Military Supply of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan
from 2001 to 2008 Head of the Department of Capital Construction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;
from 2008 to 2020 Head of the Capital Construction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
For worthy service in the internal affairs bodies and high professionalism, Rahmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim was awarded the following state awards, medals and badges:

On the eve of the upcoming holiday of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan on August 25, 2021, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Rakhmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim  in the name of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, of  Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon for the achievements and for the significant contribution made to the fight against crime, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, in the prosperity of the republic and high patriotism, was awarded the next special title "Major General of militia"
