Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, assigned a number of military personnel of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, General Prosecutor's Office, Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Central Committee of the public organization assistance to the defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, the highest military ranks of “Major General” and the class rank of “State Counselor of Justice, 3rd degree”.
During the conversation, the President of the country noted that military personnel of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and other military units during the period of independence demonstrate their steadfastness and high level of patriotism, play an important role in ensuring security and stability, protecting the achievements of the nation and widespread unity.
“The government of the country also constantly evaluates the merits of the devoted, brave and courageous sons of the Motherland; they are provided with decent and appropriate working and living conditions,” the Leader of the Nation emphasized.
