The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation considered issues of collective struggle against modern threats, such as terrorism and extremism, drug trafficking, strengthening further cooperation between the authorities of the two friendly countries to detain wanted criminals, the use of professional skills, forensic examination structures, investigative and inquiring bodies , operational services and communications.

In the course of their speeches, the responsible representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the two countries expressed satisfaction with the creation of such a joint collegium and assessed the holding of councils as a means of bringing closer ties and working relations between the two countries.

During the discussion of issues related to the joint meeting, the parties agreed that the collective struggle of the bodies of the two countries will play a significant role in the eradication of crime and crimes such as terrorism and extremism, drug and weapons trafficking, cybercrime and other transnational forms of illegal actions.

At the same time, the first leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan and Russia discussed migration issues and related problems. The delegations of the two sides paid attention to the prevention of crimes using anti-technologies, theft of money using these means, including theft of electronic money, financing of extremist and terrorist networks. The board also discussed the issues of training highly qualified personnel for the areas of activity of the internal affairs bodies using the capabilities of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
