On April 5, 2022, the Minister of the Interior, Colonel-General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Michel Tarran.
First, the Interior Minister Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro welcomed Mr. Michel Tarran to the Ministry of the Interior, congratulated him on his appointment to this responsible diplomatic post and wished him success in his official mission.
The meeting discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, including the fight against terrorism, extremism, drug and arms trafficking.
A number of fruitful proposals and recommendations were also made regarding the threats and challenges of our time, such as transnational organized crime, prevention and a united struggle in this direction.
During the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for further development and expansion of cooperation. The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
