On March 10, 2022, in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a meeting was held between the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro, with the Mayor of Tehran, Mr. Alirizo Zokoni, the Mayor of Mashhad, Seyed Abdullah Arjaee Shirazi, the Mayor of Kirman, Mr. Said Shearbofti Tabrezi, the Mayor of Qazvin, Mr. Mahdi Sabbogi, Mayor of Bujnourd, Mr. Javad Hamidi Rovari, Mayor of Araq, Mr. Alirizo Karimi, and Mayor of Kermanshah of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Nodir Navruzi.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Tajikistan, Mr. Mohammad Taqi Sobiri.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of developing relations, strengthening friendly ties and other issues of mutual interest.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
