The meeting was opened by Interior Minister Colonel-General of the militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, in his speech he stressed that during the 9 months of 2017 a number of political, social, cultural and sports events were held in the republic, and for the purpose of carrying out these events at a high level, all personal the composition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was mobilized to protect the protection of public order, the safety of citizens, the prevention and fight against crime.
Also, in the course of the meeting, according to the results of the activity of the internal affairs bodies for the nine months of 2017, the Head of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the MIA Major-General of the Militia Rakhimzoda Abdurahim Abdurahmon made a detailed report, and noted that in the direction of revealing and disclosing crimes for this period, a number of operational-search activities, criminals were brought to justice.
According to the statistical data for 9 months of this year, the level of disclosure of crimes was 94.4 percent.
It should be noted that this year the cooperation and interaction of militia officers with the population has become even stronger, the problems of citizens are being addressed in a timely manner.
In continuation of the meeting on the results of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan for the first nine months of 2017, the Interior Minister Colonel-General of the Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro discussed the shortcomings and omissions in hand and gave a number of specific instructions to the personnel of the internal affairs bodies to strengthen their official activities.
During the meeting, issues of ensuring the protection of public order, the safety of citizens, preventing adherence of youth to the ranks of illegal organizations and groups of a terrorist and extremist nature, cooperation with the society and preparation for the winter period were considered.
Including the Minister of the Interior, in his speech, noted that it is necessary to take control over the progress of implementation. Commentary on changes and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan", the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, in this direction to strengthen explanatory work with the population.
In the end, Minister of Internal Affairs Ramazon Rahimzoda gave a number of specific instructions to the responsible persons to observe the protection of human rights and citizens, the rule of law, the prevention of illegal acts, respectful treatment of the population and close interaction with civil society.
