Active youth at a meeting with the Minister of Internal Affairs

October 11, 2017, in the main building of the Tajik National University, was held a meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the teaching staff and students of this university.

The Interior Minister Colonel-General of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Bozorali Odinazoda, the rector of the TNU Muhammadhusuf Imomzoda, the heads of the directorates of the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and students of Tajik National University took part in the this event.
The rector of TNU Muhammadhusuf Imomzoda opened the meeting, where he greeted the guests and students, in his speech noted that the Tajik National University with law enforcement bodies, in particular the law-enforcement bodies, is in close interaction, regular meetings are held with the participation of management and representatives of this structure.

"Our next meeting also takes place in accordance with the Joint Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, which will promote cooperation in the fields of science, improving students' legal knowledge and preventing crime," Imomzoda said.

After the presentation of scientific achievements, the Interior Minister Colonel-General of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro delivered a speech.
In his speech, the Interior Minister briefly briefed on the main directions of the activities of the internal affairs bodies - on the prevention and detection of crimes, the protection of public order, the safety of citizens and the implementation of operational search activities. 
The Interior Minister Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, touching upon the challenge and threats of the modern world, terrorism and extremism, explained the main reasons for the contiguity of citizens, especially youth in the ranks of extremist groups, this ignorance and ignorance of youth about religious and secular culture, and not finding oneself in society.

The Interior Minister, noting the normative legal acts, including the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, also the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Operative-Investigative Activities", publications of books, textbooks and study of operational- stressed the history of operational activities in Tajikistan, the protection of the rights and interests of participants in the trial.

"If an operational officer does not possess the necessary professional knowledge and qualities, he can never achieve success in his activities," Ramazon Rahimzoda said.
Continuing the Minister of Internal Affairs, expressing his views on the announcement of 2017, "The Year of Youth", stressed that the President pays special attention to youth, and provides regular support to create the necessary conditions for acquiring knowledge and choosing a profession.
At the end, the faculty and students of the university asked various questions concerning the cooperation of law enforcement agencies with the population, the referral of students to the practice in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Strategies and Programs of police reform in the Republic of Tajikistan and received their answers from the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Active students on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs were given "Hand watches", educational books "Operative-search activity" and other memorable gifts.
