September 23, 2017, in the cultural hall of Professor Sharifjon Husainzoda in the Tajik National University in honor of the Year of Youth held a scientific and practical conference on the topic: "The leader of the nation - the leader of the youth."
The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the activists of the youth group "Avangard", the Committee on Youth and Sports, representatives of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, leadership, teachers and students of TNU.
With the opening speech, the leadership of the Faculty of Philology of TNU opened the event. Further, the speech was delivered by the head Service crime prevention among juvenile and youth of the MIA militia colonel Bukhorizoda Mansour Goib, stressing the constant concern and support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, with respect to the youth, "The Role of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan" On the Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rites in the Republic of Tajikistan "in the Life of Youth".
Also Bukharizoda Mansour Goeb, paying special attention to the adoption of amendments and additions to this law, stressed that the purpose of adopting amendments and supplements to this law is primarily to improve the living standards of the people of Tajikistan.
In the continuation of this conference were representatives of the group "Avangard" on the topics: "Leader of the nation - leader of youth", "Achievements of youth in the period of independence", "International Decade of Action - Water for Sustainable Development for 2018-2028".
Representatives of the Committee for Youth and Sports and the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, in their speeches, emphasized the youth policy of the Founder of the World and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.
At the end of the conference, the chief of the Service crime prevention among juvenile and youth of the MIA, colonel of militia Bukhorizoda Mansur Goib, on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs, colonel-general of the militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Khamro, presented the leadership and students of the philological faculty with Gratitude and Honorary Diplomas.
