Fatal accidents


On November 14, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the driver of a Mercedes-Benz 180, Naimzoda Shahboz Sulaimon, born in 1998, a resident of the Yavan district, while moving from Yavan towards Dushanbe, in the territory village of Sultonobod, Rudaki District, drove into oncoming traffic and hit a concrete barrier on the side of the road.

As a result, the driver himself and his passenger Buriev Safialloh Shodibekovich, born in 1994, Norkulova Kholida Nurmakhmadovna, born in 1986, residents of Yavansky, minors Bakhtiyorzoda Imron, born in 2019, resident of district A. Jomi, and Karaeva Lutfiya Marufovna, 2020, residents of the Yavan district, died at the spot of the accident due to grievous bodily injuries. Two other passengers in the car were taken to the hospital.
Also, on November 15, 2023, at approximately 07:30 in the morning, the driver of a Mercedes Sprinter passenger vehicle, Jabborov Asadullo Abdulloevich, born in 1967, resident of Rudaki, on the road on the Nazarshoev street towards Valamatzoda street, near the Sadbarg Shopping Center, violated traffic rules and collided with a Mercedes Sprinter minibus, driven by man, born in 1996, a resident of Dushanbe.
Subsequently, the driver of the Mercedes Sprinter, Dzhamilov E., lost control and crashed into a road sign (traffic light)
As a result, the road sign broke and fell on the head of a minor pedestrian, Azimov Ibragim, born in 2016, a resident of Dushanbe, who was standing on the pedestrian path.
Unfortunately, the boy received various injuries and was hospitalized, but died some time later.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
