A criminal case has been initiated against a 27-year-old resident of the Spitamensky district under Part 1 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The suspect, on September 7, 2023, at approximately 20:00, was on the territory of the rural jamoat Sarband of this district and, with the intent to intentionally cause grievous bodily harm, fought with a 26-year-old man from this area, hit him twice with his fist, then hit him three times in the head and face .
As a result, the victim received serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
An investigation into this fact is underway.
