A 50-year-old resident of Dushanbev submitted a statement to the DMIA of the Shokhmansur district of the capital that on November 11, 2022, a 50-year-old resident of Dushanbe entered into his trust in order to obtain a decision to use a land plot in the city of Vakhdat, took 235 thousand from him, somoni but spent the money for personal benefits.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 247 of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
Also, a 23-year-old resident of the capital appealed to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sino district of Dushanbe that in October 2022, previously convicted under Art. 247 part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, a 33-year-old resident of the city of Dushanbe, took from him 2 Toyota Camry cars worth 30 thousand US dollars for sale. Of this amount, he returned 19 thousand US dollars, but did not give the remaining amount of 11 thousand US dollars.
An investigation into this fact is underway.
