On September 18, 2023, at approximately 11:00, the driver of an Opel Astra, Imamatov Muhammad Ismatulloevich, born in 1994, a resident of the city of Kulyab, while driving from S. Safarov Street in the Chapaev microdistrict, hit a little boy, Khaidarov Saidabdullo, born in 2021, resident of this city.
As a result, the child received various injuries and died in the hospital.
