A 39-year-old man from the Hamadoni district filed a statement with the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Vose district that on September 5, 2023 at approximately 5:30 p.m., an unknown person secretly stole 4 heads of cattle and 10 heads of small cattle from the territory of dekhkan lands and disappeared from the spot of the incident.
The damage caused amounts to 49 thousand somoni.
As a result of operational search activities, militia officers detained a 33-year-old man from the city of Kulyab, convicted under Articles 237, 244 and 252 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, on suspicion of committing cattle theft.
Also, during operational search activities, militia officers detained a 32-year-old woman, resident of the Shakhrinav district on suspicion of committing theft.
The suspect, on September 14, 2023, at approximately 05:00 in the morning, while in the «Shomi Dusti» entertainment center in Dushanbe, stole a wallet containing a «Samsung A 34» mobile phone, 1,800 somoni from the pocket of a 34-year-old man and disappeared into unknown direction.
The damage amounted to 5 thousand somoni.
An investigation into these facts is underway.
