The damage amounted to 5 thousand 500 somoni.
During the operational-search activities, the militia officers on suspicion of committing this crime detained a 33-local resident.
Thus, a 33-year-old man, resident of the capital addressed the Department-2 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe with a statement that on May 4, 2023, an unknown person on the territory of Mushfiqi Street pulled out a «Samsung 13» mobile phone from the pocket of a 13-year-old boy, local resident and fled at the spot of incident.
The damage caused amounted to 2,800 somoni.
During similar events, a militia officer found that this crime was committed by an 18-year-old resident of the capital.
According to these facts, an investigation is underway.
