Militia officers of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Khujand initiated a criminal case against a 33-year-old resident of B. Gafurov district, previously convicted under articles 244 part 2 and 237 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, under article 248 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, an investigation is underway.
the aforementioned, on November 4, 2022, at about 20:30, while intoxicated, slapped a 50-year-old man in the face, then, using force, took 950 somoni and one “LG” mobile phone from him and disappeared.
