During operational-search activities, officers of the Department of Internal Affairs of Khujand detained citizen M. Sh. Pulotov, born in 2006, on suspicion of intentionally causing serious bodily harm.
On August 11, 2026, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the suspect, while at his workplace at Daleron LLC, located in the Chashmai Arzona microdistrict of Khujand, got into a conflict with his colleague A. A. Aliev, born in 2007, and struck him once in the head and face area.
As a result, Aliev fell to the ground and sustained bodily injuries, after which he was hospitalized at the Central Hospital of Sughd Region.
According to the forensic medical examination, the injuries sustained by the victim were classified as serious bodily harm.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated against Pulotov under Part 1 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
