On August 3, 2026, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, colonel general of militia Ramazon Rahimzoda visited the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where major renovation and reconstruction works had been fully completed as part of the preparations for the celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. All necessary conditions have also been created to ensure the effective performance of official duties.
During a meeting with the personnel of the National Central Bureau of Interpol, the Minister emphasized that the Bureau is one of the Ministry’s key structural divisions responsible for international cooperation, and that its effective performance plays an important role in strengthening collaboration with the law enforcement agencies of foreign countries.
The Minister instructed every officer to continuously improve their professional knowledge and skills, as well as to achieve a high level of proficiency in foreign languages, particularly English. He noted that knowledge of foreign languages is one of the fundamental requirements for personnel serving in this division, as it is essential for participating in and addressing international events, as well as for fostering effective cooperation with foreign counterparts.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister stressed that all personnel should make full use of the available opportunities and perform their official duties conscientiously, demonstrating a high level of responsibility.
