On August 5, 2026, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, colonel general of militia Ramazon Hamro Rahimzoda, held a meeting with graduates of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Police College, and the Fire Service College, after which they were appointed to positions corresponding to their qualifications.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister delivered a speech highlighting the achievements of the country's period of independence, attained under the wise leadership and through the creative and constructive policies of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon. He also emphasized the accomplishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, particularly in the field of training highly qualified personnel for the internal affairs bodies.
It was noted that all the necessary conditions have now been established for the education and professional development of personnel within the internal affairs bodies. The Ministry’s educational institutions continue to prepare competent specialists capable of serving the state and society with dedication and professionalism.
During the meeting, the Minister stressed that young officers must demonstrate courtesy and respect in their interactions with citizens, uphold their rights and legitimate interests, and perform their official duties conscientiously, guided by a strong sense of responsibility.
At the conclusion of the meeting, graduates of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Police College, and the Fire Service College were appointed to positions in accordance with their fields of specialization and the staffing needs of the structural divisions of the internal affairs bodies.
