On July 26, 2026, as a result of operational search activities, officers of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ismoili Somoni District detained citizen R.Sh. Shamsudinzoda, born in 1995 and a resident of Sino District.
It was established that on July 24, 2026, at approximately 1:10 p.m., on Bokhtar Street in Ismoili Somoni District, he secretly stole cash in the amount of 48,320 somoni from a Toyota vehicle belonging to citizen Sh.B. Kastamov.
In addition, on July 25, 2026, the internal affairs bodies received a report from citizen Z.M. Kurbonova, born in 1970, stating that an unknown person had stolen 6,500 somoni in cash from a kitchen facility located on the premises of LLC “Kushoniyon Market.”
As a result of operational search activities, it was established that the crime was committed by citizen G. Kavrakova, born in 2004.
Investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
