Employees of the Transport Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs uncovered a case of fraud committed by a citizen of Afghanistan who is temporarily residing in Sino District.
It was established that in 2024–2025, the suspect gained the trust of a 23-year-old resident of Dushanbe through deception and received 9,000 US dollars from him, promising to arrange customs clearance for food products. However, he failed to fulfill his promise.
An investigation into this case is currently underway.
