A resident of the capital, Sharipov N.A., residing on N. Muhammad Street, filed a report with Police Department No. 1 of Shohmansur District, stating that on July 2, 2026, at approximately 18:30, unknown individuals secretly stole three pairs of men’s shoes with a total value of 4,400 somoni from his clothing store and then fled the scene.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, Ayubzoda S.Sh., born in 2000, a resident of Shahrinav District, was detained on suspicion of committing this crime.
In addition, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department in Jayhun District detained Buriev J.F., born in 2003, a resident of the same district, on suspicion of theft. It was established that he had secretly stolen 3,000 somoni in cash from a canteen belonging to citizen Azimov K.D., located in the settlement of Dusti, Jayhun District.
It was also established that Buriev J.F. had previously been convicted of theft.
Investigations into these cases are ongoing.
