During оперативно-розыскные мероприятия (operational search and investigative activities), police officers uncovered evidence of fraud involving S. S. Nizomov, born in 1977, a resident of Rudaki District.
According to the investigation, on May 23, 2026, the suspect allegedly abused the trust of J. H. Tolibov, born in 1987, a resident of Vahdat, by obtaining a Hyundai Palisade valued at 320,000 somoni, along with 6,750 somoni in cash. In return, he promised to register ownership of an unfinished residential house located in the Shohmansur District of Dushanbe in the victim's name within three days.
However, the suspect failed to fulfill his promise and instead allegedly used both the vehicle and the money for his personal benefit.
The case is currently under investigation.
