On June 24, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the driver of a Hyundai Porter bearing registration number 41 71 CH 07, Barakatullo Rakhmatulloevich Zokirov, born in 1996 and a resident of Navobod village, Hissar, was traveling along the road in Surkhakchashmai Poyon village when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a minor pedestrian, Mehrob Najmiddinzoda, born in 2019 and a resident of the same village.
As a result of the collision, the child sustained multiple injuries and died at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently under investigation.
