On June 11, 2026, at the Police College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in Kulob, an educational seminar was held on the initiative of the Republican Council “Dynamo” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on the topic: “Prevention of vagrancy, drug addiction, use of psychotropic substances among youth and adolescents, and the promotion of sports and a healthy lifestyle.”
The event was attended by Police Colonel Shokhiyon Asliddin, First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council “Dynamo” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Police Lieutenant Colonel Rahimzoda Dilovar, Head of the Sports Complex of the Republican Council “Dynamo”; Police Major Mirzoev Bahrom, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council “Dynamo” in the Khatlon Region; Police Lieutenant Colonel Hamidzoda Dilshod, Head of the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Delinquency of the regional part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kulob Group of Districts of the Khatlon Region; Police Major Mukhidinzozda Dilovar, Senior Inspector of the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Delinquency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kulob Group of Districts of the Khatlon Region; as well as the leadership, officers, and cadets of the educational institution.
During the event, Police Colonel Shokhiyon Asliddin delivered a speech on respect for parents and teachers, love for the Motherland, appreciation of national values, peace and unity, as well as sports and health.
Educational video materials were also presented.
It should be noted that from May 25 to June 10, 2026, mini-football competitions were organized among cadets and recruits of the Police College, in which 14 cadet teams actively participated and achieved notable results.
First place was taken by the 3rd-year team, second place by the 1st-year team, and third place by the 2nd-year team.
During the event, the winners were awarded cups, medals, certificates of appreciation, honorary diplomas, and commemorative gifts.
At the end of the event, Police Colonel Shokhiyon Asliddin and representatives of the Republican Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Dynamo” took a commemorative group photo with the staff and cadets of the Police College.
