Citizen M.A. Changataeva, born in 2003 and residing in the Zainabobod Jamoat of Rudaki District, on June 4, 2026, at approximately 12:30 a.m., while inside the “Nebo” café located on Yakkatut Street in Firdavsi District, engaged in a conflict with citizen R.Kh. Musulmonova, born in 2005 and residing in Firdavsi District, on hooliganistic grounds and inflicted bodily injuries upon her.
Not stopping there, M.A. Changataeva shattered the entrance door, took a piece of broken glass, and began threatening R.Kh. Musulmonova. Citizen M. Saidov, born in 2003 and residing in the city of Dushanbe, who attempted to separate the two women, was injured in his left hand by the glass shard held by M.A. Changataeva.
An investigation into this incident is currently underway.
