On the morning of May 25, in celebration of the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday, the leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs for Sughd Region organized a food fair and sale of essential goods for employees on the department’s premises.
Responsible divisions of the internal affairs bodies from cities and districts across the region, together with products from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ subsidiary farms, also involved agricultural enterprises and manufacturing companies, offering a wide variety of goods at affordable prices — 20–40% lower than market prices and those in shopping centers.
It should be noted that the organization of fairs and marketplaces on the occasion of holidays and celebrations has become a regular practice within the internal affairs bodies of Sughd Region.
