During an operational search, militia officers detained a 44-year-old resident of the Ayni district on suspicion of committing a hooligan crime.
The detainee On January 30, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m., standing in front of Secondary School No. 28 in the Ayni district, unprovoked argued and fought with a 47-year-old local resident. He insulted him, and then struck him three times with a rebar, causing bodily harm.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is ongoing.
