A 31-year-old resident of Dushanbe filed a complaint with the Khovaling District DMIA, reporting that on January 20, 2026, at approximately 02:00 a.m., unknown person smashed the glass of the front door of the “Dushanbe City” service center in the Khovaling district, stole three phones of different brands, and fled at the spot.
The damage amounted to 10,000 somoni.
During the investigation, militia officers established that the crime was committed by a 16-year-old teenager from the Khovaling district. 
A 57-year-old local resident also filed a report with the Jaykhun District DMIA, reporting that on February 22, 2026, an unknown stole three head of small cattle from a barn in a residential building and fled.
The damage amounted to 15,000 somoni.
As a result of operational investigative measures, militia determined that the crime was committed by a 21-year-old young man and a 33-year-old man, both local residents.
A 64-year-old local resident also reported to the Yavan District DMIA that on February 20, 2026, unknown person stole one head of cattle from pasture land and fled at the spot of accident.
The damage amounted to 7,000 somoni.
