A 66-year-old man from the Sino district of Dushanbe filed a complaint with the DMIA of Internal Affairs-1 in the Sino district, stating that on February 15, 2026, at approximately 8:15 p.m., in the Sino district of Dushanbe, a 63-year-old man from the Yovon district, out of a sense of hooliganism, fought with him for no reason and stabbed him in the neck with a knife in his hand.
As a result, the victim was injured and hospitalized.
