As a result of investigative operations, militia offisers detained a 28-year-old resident of Khujand.
The suspect previously worked at “Farovon-1” LLC in Gulistan as a manager for the company "Avtobetonnasos." He took money from clients as deposits from the sale of the company's products, failed to transfer the proceeds to the Fund, and then appropriated and spent the proceeds for his own personal gain.
The damages amounted to 34,800 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
