On February 3, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the driver of a “Hyundai Porter” truck, a man, born in 1993, a resident of Dushanbe, while driving from Dushanbe toward Nurek, lost control and collided with a “Mercedes-Benz”, born in 1997, a resident of the Khovaling district and then crashed into a Hyundai Tucson, born in 1987, a resident of the Vosse district, which was driving from Kulyab toward Dushanbe.
As a result, the passenger of the “Mercedes-Benz”, a woman, born in 1962, a resident of the Khovaling district received serious injuries and died at the spot of the accident.
An investigation is being conducted into the accident and the causes and circumstances of the road traffic accident are being established.
