The DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe received a complaint from a representative of “Gulshan-2010” LLC, a 42-year-old resident of Dushanbe, stating that an individual entrepreneur, a 30-year-old local resident, received goods and products in the form of refreshing drinks from “Gulshan-2010” LLC on April 3, 2025 in the amount of 62,899 somoni and promised to return the money on November 29, 2025.
However, he did not fulfill his promise, sold drinks at the “Farovon” market, appropriated money for himself and spent it for his own personal purposes.
Also, a representative of “Gulshan-2010” LLC, a 42-year-old resident of Dushanbe, filed a statement with DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe stating that a 20-year-old entrepreneur working as a sales representative of the company in the markets of the city of Dushanbe had not transferred the goods and products of “Gulshan-2010” LLC to the specified spent the sum of 142 thousand 878 somoni for his personal gain. 
According to these facts, an investigation is underway.
