On November 1, 2025, the suspect, having previously arranged with a 51-year-old resident of Dushanbe, gained the trust of a 48-year-old resident of Dushanbe and promised to deliver two “BYD STH LION” electric vehicles from the People's Republic of China within 30 days. However, they failed to fulfill their promise.
