Head of the Executive Office: Sharifzoda Fayzali Rahmonali – Major General of Police, was born on April 14, 1974, Tajik by nationality. In 1997, he graduated Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree in Law, and in 2009, graduated Management Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. He is a Doctorate in Law and is an Associate Professor.
Service in the internal affairs bodies: since August 24, 1993.
During his service, he has held various positions, including: Investigator of the Investigative Division of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Hamadoni District; Criminal Investigation Officer specializing in juvenile cases at the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Hamadoni District; Senior Criminal Investigation Officer of the police station of the O. Khoshimov rural jamoat within the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Hamadoni District; Lecturer at the Department of Operational-Investigative Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies, Faculty No. 2 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the Department of Operational-Investigative Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies, Faculty No. 2 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of Faculty No. 2 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; First Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the State Educational Institution “Police College” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Deputy Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; and Plenipotentiary Representative to the Bureau for Coordination of the Fight against Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crimes in the Territories of the Commonwealth of Independent States (BKBOP).
On August 11, 2026, Sharifzoda Fayzali Rahmonali was appointed Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and currently serves in this position.
He is an outstanding police officer and has been awarded a number of medals and badges of honor, as well as certificates of merit and letters of appreciation by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In addition, for significant achievements in his service and for demonstrating a high level of professional competence and skill, he was awarded the state honor—the “Sharaf” Order, 2nd Class.
