A 31-year-old resident of Dangara District Militia Department No. 1 reported that on November 17, 2025, a 29-year-old man from Dushanbe, posing as a businessman distributing pharmaceutical products, purchased a ‘Toyota RAV4” from him for 280,000 somoni and promised to return the money within 25 days. However, he sold the car and spent the money on himself.
