During an operational search, the militia officers detained two previously convicted young men, aged 17 and 18, residents of Dushanbe, on suspicion of theft.
The men, arrested on December 19, 2025, at approximately 8:40 PM, broke into the apartment of a 30-year-old local resident and fled.
An investigation is underway.
