As a result of investigative operations, militia officers it was established that a 37-year-old resident of the B. Gafurov district, previously convicted under Articles 328, 330, and 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, gained the trust of a 50-year-old resident of the district in December 2024. He took a Toyota Camry worth 135,000 somoni from him, paid 35,000 somoni, and has yet to return the remaining 100,000 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
