As a result of investigative measures, militia officers discovered that a 35-year-old resident of Dushanbe, who worked as a sales representative for «Tajero Sughd» LLC in Khujand from April to September 2025, received products from the company's warehouse, including those under the «Nestlé» brand, distributed them to retail outlets and stores in the city and districts of the Sughd region, and embezzled 163,718 somoni from the collected funds without transferring them to the company's cash register, causing significant damage to the company.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
