A 41-year-old local resident filed a report with the Yavan District Department of Internal Affairs, alleging that on October 25, 2025, unknown individuals stole two head of cattle from his garden plot and fled.
The damage amounted to 18,000 somoni.
As a result of investigative operations conducted by militia, it was established that the crime was committed by a 46-year-old resident of the Yavan District.
Also, during the investigative operations conducted by militia, a 15-year-old resident of the city of Gissar was detained on suspicion of theft.
On September 2, 2025, at approximately 13:00 p.m., the aforementioned person entered the apartment of a 44-year-old woman, local resident, stole 3,200 somoni, and fled the spot.
An investigation is underway into these incidents.
