As a result of operational search measures, a 29-year-old resident of Dushanbe was detained by militia officers on suspicion of violating labor protection regulations.
The suspect, since January 1, 2025, by order of the director of “Alibobo and 40 K” LLC, was the person responsible for safety at the concrete mixing equipment of this enterprise, and in the performance of his official duties ignored the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 349 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. On October 3, 2025, at approximately 1:40 p.m., a 47-year-old resident of the capital, while cleaning concrete mixing equipment, inadvertently pressed a button on a computer keyboard, as a result of which the victim received various bodily injuries and died at the scene.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under part 2 of Article 154 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
