During the operational search measures, militia officers detained an 18-year-old resident of the Spitamen district on suspicion of illegally driving a car or other vehicle.
The detainee, on October 31, 2025, at about 09:30 hours, from a car wash without the purpose of theft in an Opel Astra car belonging to a 38-year-old local resident, left the Spitamen district for the Devashtich district, and after returning to the territory of the Spitamen district, he was detained by militia of the Spitamen district.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under part 1 of Article 252 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
