During investigative operations, the militia officers established that Isfara residents, ages 37 and 38, one of whom was convicted in 2025 under Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, fraudulently gained the trust of a 32-year-old local resident on January 14, 2025, promising to register a land plot in his name and swindled him out of 125,000 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspects under Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway. 
Additionally, as a result of investigative operations, the militia officers established that a 34-year-old resident of Isfara deceived a 33-year-old local resident between February and April 2025, and under the pretext of engaging in business activities, took 170,000 somoni from him and never repaid him.
A criminal case has been opened under Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
