During operational-search activities by militia officers, it was established that on October 24, 2025, at approximately 21:00 p.m., two 17-year-olds living in the Tajikabad district secretly entered the house of a 44-year-old local resident, stole his “Opel-Astra” from the garage, and drove along the “Vahdat-Rasht-Tajikabad” highway toward the village of Sari Puli, lost control of the vehicle, drove into a ditch, became blocked, and fled the at spot.
The investigation is ongoing.
