As a result of operational search measures, militia officers established that a 40-year-old resident of Dushanbe, previously convicted under part 3 of Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, worked as a sales representative (freight forwarder) at the branch of “Zarnisor” CJSC, located in the 28th microdistrict of Khujand, and from July 2024 to June In 2025, he regularly exported chicken meat from the factory and sold it on the territory of the city of Khujand and B.Gafurov district, thereby appropriating funds in the amount of 91 thousand somoni, causing significant material damage to “Zarnisor” CJSC.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 3 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
