A 35-year-old Dushanbe resident filed a complaint with the Sino District DMIA-1 in Dushanbe, claiming that in August 2024, a 41-year-old resident of Bokhtar gained his trust by using a bank transfer and took a “Dosan” excavator worth $200,000 from him, promising to return the money as soon as possible. However, the suspect but the money doesn’t return.
In January 2024, the suspect also fraudulently took a “Hyundai” excavator worth $170,000 from a 29-year-old Dushanbe resident, but the money doesn’t return.
An investigation is underway.
