During the operational search activities, militia officers established that on October 1, 2025, at about 16:30, a 40-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, residents of Khujand, approached a 23-year-old local resident, took him in their vehicle to the 3rd microdistrict of Khujand, and beat him because he allegedly had sexual relations with his granddaughter, a 15-year-old local resident. Then, using force, they took away his mobile phone and "Honor" and his national passport, and also demanded 300 thousand somoni. The suspects were detained while receiving 40,000 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspects under part 2 of article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
