On September 18, 2025, at the International Forum on Transnational Security, held in Lianyungang, People's Republic of China, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel General of Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, met with the Minister of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, Wang Xiaohong.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation in strengthening counterterrorism, extremism, separatism, as well as illegal trafficking of drugs and weapons, strengthening the defense potential of the Tajik border, and improving the material and technical resources of internal affairs agencies.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and constructive dialogue.
