As a result of operational and investigative activities, 
officers established that on September 10, 2025, at approximately 13:08, a 17-year-old resident of the Yavan district, while standing near the building of the M-Cafe cafe, located in a populated area of the Yavan district, entered into a conflict with a 16-year-old teenager, a local resident, and stabbed him in the left hand, as a result of which the last received bodily injuries.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
