A 20-year-old resident of the capital filed a complaint with the police station in the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe that on August 26, 2025, at approximately 15:30, an unknown person secretly entered his store located in the Korvon market, stole an iPhone 15 Promax mobile phone from there and disappeared.
The damage caused amounted to 16,500 somoni.
He also withdrew 7,070 somoni from his Dushanbe City cash card.
During operational search activities, militia officers established that this crime was committed by a 23-year-old resident of the Kushoniyon district, previously convicted under Articles 244, 247 and 252 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
