From September 1, 2025, control over illegal parking in prohibited places will be significantly tightened, especially on the second traffic lane (except for ambulances and fire service vehicles).
In case of non-compliance with parking rules, the driver of the vehicle is subject to administrative liability in accordance with Article 324 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses, and the vehicle itself is immediately sent to a penalty area for a long period.
All drivers of private, state and official vehicles in the capital of the country, cities, regions and districts of the republic are strictly required to competently and responsibly comply with traffic rules!
